Cancer, the disease of cells as its known, could be number of types as the number of organs in the human body. Wherever there are cells in the human body, there are the chances of Cancer to grow & formed.
With this abnormal phenomenon, Cancer is classified into two broader classifications:
- Benign
- Malignant
Benign Cancer: These cancers are not dangerous enough to challenge the human life, but if formed at vital organs, would be of life threatening. These cancers are not spreading in terms of nature but contents & sticks to the organs, where originates. Some cancers are very difficult to handle in spite of being benign like Breast Cancer, Cancer of Brain etc.
Human Body is a complete self managed super computer. It got such an awesome mechanism; still best of technology in any part of the world could not get a smallest clue of its functioning. Everything has it’s limitations too, that applies to human body also. Although it is impossible to attach any specific symptoms which clue to cancer formation in human body, but some normal symptoms are prone to cancer formation in human body, if they persist in human body beyond a certain period:
- Any part of the body is feeling numbness.
- After doing a work, how smallest it may be, feeling fatigue.
- Young girl, as young as 8-9 years, having the menstrual periods.
- Some sort of sign of menstruation in female after attaining menopause.

These symptoms are very normal in nature & anybody can pass through these, but if any one of these symptoms or jointly continue in human body in spite of medication, would call for expert test & checks up. It may or may not be a cancerous growth, but if it’s a cancerous that would get a complete cure off, as cancer is fully curable & controllable if detected quite early .
Old saying of prevention is better than the cure is as good today as it was in old times, but would continue to hold good in thousands of years further too. Everything in limits are good & cherishing , whether it is happiness , sorrow, fun, studies, stress, anxiety, money, ambitions, party, family, relations, speech & many more….

- Human body should be given a complete time framed & disciplined program. It means every days schedule should be very well planned especially the time to awake & bed, time to lunch & dinners. Of course the intake of food should be full of salads, beans, milk products, grams & fruits , juices , it should be less of oils & masalas & more of natural ingredients.
- Human body contains of 2/3 of watery portion, hence liquids intake should be at least 10ltrs for an adult & 5-8 liters for a growing child. Of course this qty is just meant for natural watery products & strictly no promos for aerated drinks.
- The cool is mantra for a good decision maker, so always be cool & composed in any situation whether it is sad, merry, and tense or any other situation whatsoever.
- Fast moving world of today has made doctors at every home, but this practice of self imposition would adversely affect human body’s natural mechanism. It would not only leads to cancer but plenty of ailments too. Frankly speaking if human body is well maintained since beginning no medicine is required , even if required then a well qualified physician/surgeons should be consulted before popping a medicine. Beware to avoid medicines for small reasons of headache, vomiting, giddiness , Low grade of fever, pains at any part of body, but try to give body a complete doses of rest & complete nutritious watery intakes, because small makes a big & that big bunches of medicinal effect your health in big bunch, that will leads not only a big financial burden but exposing you to critical diseases too.

And in case you are interested, yes I was a smoker for 10 years. Then I gave up for 10 years. Then smoked for another five. I stopped about 10 years ago—oh dear, looks like a cyclical pattern.
